Scenario
One of our healthcare partners who is familiar with our “Rapid Ramp” program, referred us to this family to see if we could help them with a wheelchair ramp ASAP.
Solution
Upon assessing the home and the client’s needs, we determined that a lift would be the more appropriate and more cost-effective solution. Thanks to our practice of keeping significant inventory on hand, we were able to return the next day to perform the installation. Suffice it to say, both the client and our healthcare partner were delighted with the outcome.
Commentary
