Simenc Addresses USC Davis School of Gerontology Morton Kesten Summit

Martin Simenc, President of Home Safety Services, presented Home Modifications – A For Profit Perspective at the Morton Kesten Summit 2014, DESIGNING CALIFORNIA’S FUTURE: AGING IN PLACE INNOVATIONS. His closing thought shared with the 200+ attendees was: “We are at the tipping point of Home Modifications becoming a legitimate and recognized industry; and it remains to be seen whether the altruistic motivation of the academic, non-profit and for-profit pioneers will succeed in maintaining the integrity of this critically important movement.”
